shipping terms
lost/undelivered packages:
if a shipped package is lost or delivered to the wrong address due to an incorrectly formatted, incomplete, or otherwise inaccurate shipping address provided at checkout or due to postal or carrier issues beyond our control you may request a refund for the cost of the product only. shipping fees are non-refundable. refunds will not be issued if the carrier confirms delivery to the address provided or if the package is unclaimed at a pickup location. all approved refunds will be issued through bandcamp.
once an international package leaves the USA, we no longer have control over its handling, routing, or delivery timeline. responsibility for transit conditions and processing shifts to the destination country’s postal or customs authorities. delays, inspections, or unforeseen issues may occur. we’ll try to help if something comes up, but you should understand that international shipping is affected by things outside our control.
damaged packages:
if an item arrives damaged during shipping, you may request a refund or a replacement, (provided a replacement is available). all claims must be submitted with clear photo evidence of the damage. please note that minor cosmetic damage like small hairline cracks on plastic cassette cases are not covered unless the damage affects the cassette or the cover artwork itself.
