lost / undelivered packages

if a package is lost or delivered to the wrong address due to an incorrectly formatted, incomplete, or inaccurate shipping address at checkout — or due to postal or carrier issues beyond our control — you may request a refund for the cost of the product only. shipping fees are non-refundable.

refunds will not be issued if the carrier confirms delivery to the address provided, or if the package is unclaimed at a pickup location. all approved refunds are issued through bandcamp.

international orders

once an international package leaves the usa, we no longer have control over its handling, routing, or delivery timeline. responsibility shifts to the destination country's postal or customs authorities. delays, inspections, or unforeseen issues may occur. international shipping is affected by things outside our control.

damaged packages

if an item arrives damaged, you may request a refund or replacement (provided a replacement is available). all claims must include clear photo evidence. minor cosmetic damage such as hairline cracks on plastic cassette cases are not covered unless the cassette or cover artwork is affected.
